Swatch x Audemars Piguet AP - Royal Pop "Blaue Acht"
The Royal Pop "Blaue Acht" is part of the official Audemars Piguet x Swatch collaboration, bringing the recognisable geometry of the Royal Oak together with the colourful, modular character of Swatch's POP line. Its lime green and blue finish gives this edition a distinct identity while retaining the collection's octagonal form, visible screws and textured dial treatment.
Hand-Wound SISTEM51 Movement
At the centre is a specially developed hand-wound version of Swatch's Swiss-made SISTEM51 mechanical movement. It offers more than 90 hours of power reserve and uses an anti-magnetic Nivachron balance spring. A transparent sapphire caseback reveals the movement and its Pop Art-inspired details, while the mainspring barrel also works as a visual power-reserve indicator.
Bioceramic Royal Pop Design
The case uses Swatch Bioceramic, a smooth matte composite made from two-thirds ceramic and one-third biosourced material derived from castor oil. The design references the Royal Oak through its octagonal bezel, eight visible screws and tapisserie-inspired dial, interpreted in a playful pocket-watch format.
Lépine Configuration
This Lépine-style model places the crown at 12 o'clock and displays hour and minute hands. The modular design allows the watch to be carried in a pocket, worn with compatible Royal Pop accessories or presented as a display piece.
